We are looking for a sharp and proactive Junior Crypto Operations Analyst to support and expand our digital assets trading operations.
You will report to the CEO and get the chance to start your career within an innovative, regulated and fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange processing significant amounts of digital assets trading. Managing, and enhancing daily trading operations across a broad range of cryptocurrencies
Being responsible for daily settlements and reconciliation with external partners such as banks, custody providers, and other financial institutions
Monotoring and rebalancing internal positions with custody providers
Assisting in listing and configuring new digital assets on our trading platform
Overseeing business activities, and mitigating risk exposure across several product lines and pre/post-trade processes such as settlement and reconciliation
Building and owning dashboards to monitor trading operations, settlement activities, and post-trade processes
Analyzing and reporting to leadership on key metrics related to platform and trading operations

Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, mathematics, quantitative finance or related field
1-2 years of experience in managing complex operations, preferably in the financial industry at a bank, broker/exchange, prime broker, or trading firm - fresh graduates will also be considered
Deep understanding of clearing, settlement & reconciliation processes within the financial industry
Strong knowledge and affinity with cryptocurrency trading, blockchain and digital assets
Exceptional numerical, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a highly demanding environment - this is not a 9-5 job
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio or related software is a plus
