After becoming one of the largest crypto platforms in The Netherlands, we are now launching our services across all main European markets. As part of this international expansion, Germany and Austria (DACH) are strategic priority markets for Finst.
To lead this next growth chapter, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Manager DACH, who will become the face of Finst in the region. You will own the market’s performance end-to-end: from building strong partnerships and driving local adoption, to shaping our brand presence, PR efforts, and community engagement.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven scale-up at an exciting stage, and to play a key role in establishing Finst as one of the strongest crypto brands in Europe.
Owning and executing Finst’s go-to-market strategy for Germany and Austria, with full responsibility for local growth and performance.
Acting as the regional ambassador and public face of Finst, representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and community gatherings.
Developing and managing strong partnerships with local affiliates, fintech ecosystems, media, influencers, and strategic players to accelerate client acquisition.
Building and maintaining PR relationships in the region, securing high-quality media exposure and strengthening brand credibility.
Working closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, operations) to localize our offering and ensure a best-in-class customer experience for DACH clients.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
Driving regional marketing and growth initiatives together with central teams, ensuring campaigns resonate locally.
Providing regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, including KPIs, growth levers, and expansion opportunities.
Scaling local operations over time, with the potential to build and lead a dedicated DACH team.

Fluent in English and German (native-level German is required)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing European fintech, crypto, or regulated tech company
Strong network and proven ability to build partnerships and brand presence in the German and Austrian markets
Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top tier university, with a focus on business, marketing, economics, communication or other relevant field
Deep knowledge and understanding of the crypto and financial services industry
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both externally (partners, media) and internally (HQ teams)
Track record of driving growth and owning market-level performance in a start-up/scale-up environment
Comfort working in regulated industries, with strong awareness of compliance and local market requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset – you roll up your sleeves, get things done, dream big and adapt easily
